We're looking for a
Product Manager
to help us design and deliver user-focused features across our crypto payment ecosystem — including
Web3 payments, Crypto card products, and On/Off Ramp infrastructure
— as well as core Web2 experiences. This role is based in Malaysia and focused on supporting our expanding user base across Southeast Asia.

In this cross-functional role, you'll help define and execute the product roadmap — working closely with engineering, design, and go-to-market teams to launch impactful features and improvements. You'll play a key role in turning customer insights into great product experiences, ensuring our solutions stay competitive and relevant in both traditional and decentralised finance markets.

What you will do

  • Product Discovery & Planning
    : Develop deep insight into our users' needs, challenges, and goals — translating these into clear product requirements and roadmaps.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration
    : Partner with Engineering, Design, Sales, and Marketing to build and ship features that are technically sound, market-ready, and user-centric.
  • Market Intelligence
    : Stay close to market trends, competitor products, and emerging tech to inform product strategy and new feature opportunities.
  • User & Data Insight
    : Leverage product analytics and customer feedback to inform prioritisation and continuous improvement.
  • Communication & Execution
    : Drive alignment across teams with clear documentation, timelines, and regular updates to stakeholders.
  • End-to-End Ownership
    : From ideation to rollout, you'll own the product lifecycle and ensure high-quality delivery.

What we are looking for

  • 2–4 years of experience in product management, ideally in fintech, SaaS, or digital platforms
  • Proven track record of shipping successful software products with a user-first mindset
  • Bonus: experience with crypto, payments, or financial services
  • Familiarity with the software development lifecycle, agile methodologies, and working in fast-paced environments
  • Excellent communicator who can align technical and business stakeholders with clarity and confidence
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking grounded in data, customer feedback, and business goals
  • A team player with empathy, curiosity, and a passion for turning complex problems into simple, delightful solutions
