Your new role

As the Manager, Product Management, you will:

  • Manage a product division, including team supervision, performance evaluation, and territory planning.
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies, product positioning, and promotional activities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (sales, purchasing, regulatory) and external stakeholders (clients, principals) to drive business growth.
  • Oversee product registration processes and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Manage key accounts and support contract negotiations for major distribution deals.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and provide strategic insights to senior management.
  • Contribute to budgeting, reporting, and operational planning for the division.

What you'll need to succeed

To thrive in this role, you should have:

  • A Diploma or Degree in Marketing or a related field.
  • 5-7 years of experience in medical device/ pharmaceutical sales and marketing.
  • Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of market trends, consumer behaviour, and sales principles.
  • Ability to manage cross-functional teams and drive strategic initiatives.
  • A valid driving licence and willingness to travel interstate or outstation.
  • Able to work independently
  • Preferaably mandarin speaking.
