We are seeking a talented and experienced Product Manager to join our dynamic team at RAHA BINA SDN. BHD.'. As a Product Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving the development and growth of our product portfolio. This is a full-time position based in Kuala Lumpur, offering the opportunity to work with a talented and innovative team.

What you'll be doing

  1. Define and execute the product roadmap, aligning it with the company's strategic objectives
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and marketing, to bring new products to market
  3. Conduct market research, gather customer insights, and analyse data to identify opportunities for product enhancement and innovation
  4. Develop and maintain product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria
  5. Oversee the product lifecycle, from ideation to launch, ensuring successful delivery within timelines and budget
  6. Monitor product performance, gather feedback, and implement improvements to drive customer satisfaction and retention
  7. Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including senior management, to report on progress and strategic decisions

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in product management, preferably in the marketing and communications industry
  2. Proven track record of successfully launching and managing digital products or services
  3. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
  4. Strong project management skills and the ability to prioritize and coordinate multiple tasks and projects
  5. Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business language
  6. Familiarity with product development methodologies, such as Agile or Scrum
  7. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, marketing, or technology
