PRODUCT MANAGER (MID-LEVEL)

The Role

We're looking for a Product Manager who thrives in a fast-paced, product-driven environment where delivering results matters above all else. You'll work collaboratively across teams driving product initiatives that directly impact how quickly and effectively we connect talent with opportunity.

Your product assignment will be determined based on your skillsets and experience during the interview process.

Daily/Weekly Duties

  • Lead agile meetings, define sprint goals, and ensure your cross-functional team stays aligned and delivers on commitments.
  • Work closely with leadership to define and refine the product roadmap, balancing business priorities with user needs.
  • Dive into metrics and user behavior to identify opportunities, validate hypotheses, and measure product success.
  • Write clear, detailed product specifications and user stories that engineering teams can execute against.
  • Conduct or facilitate user interviews, usability testing, and feedback sessions to deeply understand pain points.
  • Collaborate with multiple teams across the organization to ensure seamless product delivery.
  • Navigate tight deadlines and resource constraints while maintaining quality and delivering measurable outcomes.

You'll be measured by your ability to deliver results that move the needle on key business metrics. This means:

  • Shipping features that demonstrably improve user outcomes.
  • Meeting aggressive timelines without sacrificing quality.
  • Making data-driven decisions that optimize platform performance.
  • Collaborating effectively across teams to drive alignment and execution.

Required

  • Minimum 3 years of product management experience.
  • Proven track record of delivering products in fast-paced environments.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and deliver results regardless of conditions or resources.
  • Strong collaboration skills to work across multiple teams.
  • Experience with Jira, Figma, Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Preferred

  • Background in marketplace platforms and B2B/B2C products.
  • Experience in high-volume or recruitment/HR tech platforms.
