Product Executive

Job description:
Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of brand activations from initial concept development through to
successful completion, ensuring every detail contributes to an exceptional
experience.
- Coordinate with internal teams, suppliers, and field crews to ensure smooth and
timely execution.
- Travelling to on-site inspections and project managing events (weekend as well if
needed)
Track and report on event performance, including sales and stock updates.
Identify creative advertising or branding opportunities in high-impact locations.
Monitor supplier performance and stay updated on market trends and competitor
activities.
- Provide creative input and strategic recommendations to enhance event concepts
and experiences.
- Conduct post-event reviews and suggest improvements for future campaigns. Fully
in-charge with project reporting and make sure it's submitied on time with full
justification (report by weekly)
Requirements:
Proven track record (minimum 2-4 years) in event management
Possess own transport for travelling, must be willing to travel to event site from time
to time
Ability to communicate in Mandarin is a plus point.
Creativity and problem-solving mindset, with the ability to adapt under pressure.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and event/project
management tools.
Strong planning and coordination skills
Comfortable with fieldwork and flexible hours
Good communication and problem-solving abilities
Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Experience in events or marketing roles is an advantage
