The Technician is to plan, perform and ensure the completion of Fix Repair Works according to Fix Repair Request from Branches.

Key Responsibilities

  • To conduct major repair job and provide assistance to sub contractor for repair job.
  • To response to customer's complain on lift and escalator related issue and provide rectification accordingly.
  • Liaise with customer on the signing of servicing checklist and 2nd schedule book.
  • To response and feedback on customer complain.
  • To perform and complete CPSI as per scheduled.
  • Work together with supervisor to complete FI, LPCA and etc.
  • Support and assist inspector to carry out task and inspection according JKKP and Fire Dept. regulations.
  • To attend tools box meeting.
  • To support in building teamwork through involvement and communication.
  • To assist callback technician on callback issue.
  • To perform routine service according to the maintenance checklists.
  • Perform night standby duty.
  • To follow customer procedure when enter their building.
  • To assist in NI EI handover inspection.

Key Requirements

  1. Minimum SPM/SKM/Certificate in electrical, mechanical or mechatronic or Diploma.
  2. Having 2 years working experience in Escalator and Elevator industry is an advantage.
  3. Posses own motorcycle with valid license.
  4. Willing to work independently and responsible.
  5. Willing to perform fix repair jobs.
  6. Willing to travel across Malaysia.
