Job Overview

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Assistant Graphic Designer to join our in-house design team.

This role supports both tender-based projects and custom apparel production, working closely with the Printing & Sublimation Department to ensure artwork accuracy and production quality.

You'll assist in preparing visuals, layout, and print files for uniforms, t-shirts, and corporate wear.

Key Responsibilities - Design & Artwork Preparation

  • Create and edit designs for uniforms, t-shirts, safety wear, and accessories.
  • Prepare mock-ups, size charts, and visual presentations for customer approval.
  • Convert designs into print-ready files (AI, PNG, PDF) according to production format.
  • Ensure all artwork meets company branding and customer requirements.
  • Manage digital design library and version control.

Coordination with Production

  • Work closely with the Head of Printing & Sublimation to ensure colour accuracy and material compatibility.
  • Assist during printing, sublimation, or embroidery setup if required.
  • Liaise with suppliers or internal departments regarding artwork and sample approval.

Tender & Marketing Support

  • Design tender samples according to spec sheets or client guidelines.
  • Support social media visuals and internal marketing material when needed.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Certificate in Graphic Design / Visual Communication or equivalent.
  • Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or CorelDRAW.
  • Basic knowledge of garment printing, sublimation, or embroidery design is an advantage.
  • Able to handle multiple projects and tight deadlines.
  • Good teamwork, communication, and attention to detail.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM1, RM1,800.00 per month
