The Role

  • Lead the full training lifecycle for a specialized area of responsibility, including needs analysis, curriculum development, program delivery, and policy implementation to ensure alignment with human resource requirements.
  • Design, develop, and evaluate innovative training programs and subject matter expertise to enhance the skills and knowledge of specialists within the department.
  • Direct, mentor, and evaluate a team of specialist training professionals to ensure the effective and budget-conscious execution of the organization's training and development strategy.
  • Maintain departmental relevance and effectiveness by proactively researching and integrating external developments, innovations, and best practices in the specialized field, training methods, and adult education.

The Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, Science or a related field is required.
  • Proven leadership capabilities coupled with excellent written and oral communication skills for stakeholder management and team direction.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in crafting compelling slides and delivering impactful business presentations to a sales audience.
  • Strong professional digital and virtual capability skills, including experience with virtual learning platforms and technology-driven training tools.
