Training Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell in-house and public training programs to potential corporate clients.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with HR managers, L&D teams, and decision-makers.
  • Identify client training needs and propose suitable programs.
  • Conduct cold calls, email outreach, online presentations, and client meetings.
  • Collaborate with the Training team to customize proposals based on client requirements.
  • Achieve individual and team sales targets on a monthly and quarterly basis.
  • Maintain an updated pipeline using CRM tools and provide regular sales reports.
  • Keep abreast of HRD Corp guidelines and ensure training programs are aligned for claimability.
  • Represent the company at networking events, trade shows, and exhibitions when needed.

Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Human Resources, or related field.
  • At least 1–2 years of sales experience, preferably in B2B, training, education, or HR services.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with HRD Corp claimable training is an added advantage.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
