Key Responsibilities

  • Handle daily operational and administrative tasks for training programs.
  • Recruit and follow up with participants to join clients' training programs.
  • Assist in promoting training programs through calls, messages, and emails.
  • Coordinate training logistics (venue, trainer, materials, attendance).
  • Prepare documents such as attendance lists, reports, and HRD Corp forms.
  • Support clients, trainers, and participants before and during training.

Requirements

  • Diploma/Degree in any field (fresh grads welcome).
  • Good communication and follow-up skills.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.
  • Comfortable making calls and outreach.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
