About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Operations Executive to support and enhance the operational excellence of our outlets. This role works closely with the Operations Manager to ensure smooth daily operations, drive efficiency initiatives, and uphold the company's standards across all locations. The ideal candidate is analytical, proactive, and passionate about improving systems and people.

Key Responsibilities

1. Daily Operations

  • Oversee and support daily operations across multiple outlets to ensure smooth execution, service quality, and adherence to SOPs.
  • Collaborate with HR, Marketing, and Supply Chain teams to support outlet requirements.
  • Identify and mitigate potential operational risks before they escalate.

2. Process Improvement

  • Work with the Operations Manager to execute initiatives that improve efficiency, reduce waste, and enhance productivity.
  • Identify workflow gaps, propose solutions, and ensure best practices are implemented consistently across outlets.
  • Support the rollout of new SOPs, systems, or tools to improve operational control and visibility.

3. Performance Monitoring

  • Track and analyse key operational metrics and outlet performance data.
  • Prepare performance summaries and provide actionable recommendations for improvement.
  • Conduct outlet reviews, follow up on corrective actions, and ensure accountability.

4. Training & Onboarding

  • Assist in designing and conducting training programs for new and existing staff to build operational readiness.
  • Organise and lead operational or audit-related training sessions.
  • Support new outlet openings, ensuring teams are well-trained and operations are launched smoothly.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Diploma/Degree in Business, Operations, or related field
  • 2 years experience
  • Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
  • Good communication and teamwork ability
  • Mandarin proficiency preferred
