Job Description :

  • Operate and monitor high-capacity boilers and related systems.
  • Perform routine checks on pressure, water level, fuel input, and system temperatures.
  • Conduct preventive maintenance and minor repairs on boiler and utility equipment.
  • Ensure compliance with DOSH regulations and company safety policies.
  • Maintain accurate logs of boiler readings, maintenance activities, and inspections.
  • Identify and troubleshoot boiler issues; escalate complex problems as needed.
  • Supervise and guide Boilerman Gred 2 or support staff.
  • Respond quickly to emergency situations such as alarms or abnormal readings.
  • Participate in audits, inspections, and HSE programs related to boiler operations.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

  • Possess valid Boilerman Certificate Grade 1 issued by DOSH (JKKP).
  • Minimum 3–5 years experience in operating industrial boilers.
  • Knowledgeable in manufacturing industry operations and requirements.
  • Familiar with steam systems, fuel systems, water treatment processes, and safety protocols.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and operational data.
  • Strong understanding of boiler operation safety and troubleshooting techniques.
  • Physically fit and able to work in hot or confined environments.
  • Willing to work in shifts and respond to emergencies outside normal hours.
