Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day sales administration and data entry tasks, ensuring accurate and timely recording of all sales transactions.
- Perform credit control activities, including monitoring outstanding payments, issuing reminders, and liaising with clients to ensure timely settlement.
- Issue stage/progress billings in accordance with company policies and project schedules.
- Handle sub-sale cases, including verification, documentation, and coordination with relevant departments.
- Maintain accurate sales records and reports, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, including Schedule H requirements for high-rise developments.
- Prepare and reconcile sales reports, forecasts, and financial statements with high accuracy and attention to detail.
- Utilize property management systems (Noetic system experience preferred) to track sales, billing, and client records efficiently.
- Coordinate with internal teams including legal, finance, and project management to facilitate smooth sales operations.
- Respond to client inquiries promptly and professionally, providing updates on sales, billing, and property documentation.
- Prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines effectively while working independently or collaboratively as part of a team.
- Ensure all documents are filed completely as required.
- Apply analytical and problem-solving skills to resolve issues and improve processes.
- Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and a customer-focused approach in all interactions.
- Familiar with KPKT & HIMS system.
Requirements
- Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales administration, credit control, or property development.
- Familiarity with managing sub-sale transactions is a strong advantage.
- Knowledge of Schedule H requirements for high-rise developments is preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and property management systems; experience with Noetic system is an advantage.
- Strong organizational, time-management, and communication skills.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Good communication skills in English and Malay (written and spoken).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM5, RM7,000.00 per month
