Roles & Responsibilities

・Managing, Managing Director's schedule and coordinating appointments, meetings, and other arrangements.

・Handling Director's clients travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, transportation.

・Support Director planning and coordinating corporate events, conferences, and other special occasions.

・Managing urgent requests besides regular working hours, such as emergency situations, last-minute travel changes.

・Handling various ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned by the Director.

Additional Information

Working Hours: 9AM - 6PM / 10AM - 7PM
