Job Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day administrative and personal support to the Managing Director
- Manage MD's calendar, appointments, meetings, and reminders
- Prepare simple documents, correspondence, reports, and presentation slides
- Handle basic office administration tasks such as filing, printing, scanning, and document organisation
- Answer and manage phone calls, emails, and messages on behalf of the MD
- Follow up with internal team members on tasks, updates, and deadlines assigned by the MD
- Assist in arranging meetings, business events, and travel arrangements
- Support simple coordination work related to financial matters, trusteeship, asset management, or investment deals (training will be provided)
- Run ad-hoc errands when required (courier, document submission, printing, etc.)
Job Requirements
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Diploma / Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Management, or related fields is an advantage
- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Mandarin and/or Cantonese is an advantage (for internal and client coordination)
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Organised, detail-oriented, responsible, and able to handle confidential information
- Pleasant personality, proactive, and willing to learn
- Able to multitask and work closely with senior management
Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate
Pay: RM3, RM4,500.00 per month
