Junior Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Support & Execution

  • Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns, promotions, and events
  • Support digital marketing activities including social media posting, basic content coordination, and campaign tracking
  • Prepare marketing materials such as presentations, brochures, posters, and basic artwork coordination with senior marketing executives.

Coordination & Administration

  • Liaise with vendors, agencies, printers, and internal departments for marketing-related matters
  • Coordinate logistics for events, exhibitions, roadshows, and CSR activities
  • Assist in purchase requisitions, quotations, invoices, and marketing expense tracking

Content & Communication

  • Draft simple marketing copy for social media, EDMs, and internal communications
  • Update marketing calendars, databases, and content schedules
  • Support dealer or partner communications when required

Reporting & Documentation

  • Maintain proper documentation for marketing activities and campaigns
  • Assist in preparing simple marketing reports, summaries, and post-campaign evaluations
  • Track marketing materials inventory and distribution

Requirements

· Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field

· Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; 1–2 years of marketing experience is an added advantage

· Good communication skills in English (Mandarin is an added advantage)

· Familiar with editing software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and video editing software (e.g. Premiere Pro, After Effects)

· Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

· Familiar with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)

· Able to multitask, well-organized, and willing to learn
