About the Role

We are looking for a Senior BI Analyst with strong expertise in Tableau, Advanced SQL, and ETL to support our manufacturing operations dashboards and reporting requirements. This role focuses on transforming data from operational systems into meaningful insights that help drive business decisions.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain Tableau dashboards and reports for manufacturing and operational metrics.
  • Extract, transform, and prepare data using SQL and ETL processes.
  • Perform data validation and quality checks to ensure accuracy of reports and KPIs.
  • Work closely with business users to understand reporting requirements and translate them into effective Tableau visualizations.
  • Support daily BAU reporting activities, including monitoring scheduled extracts, troubleshooting data issues, and ensuring timely report delivery.
  • Assist with documentation of dashboard requirements, design specifications, data flows, and user guides.
  • Participate in workbook optimization and performance tuning for Tableau dashboards.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience developing dashboards and visualizations in Tableau.
  • Strong proficiency in Advanced SQL, with the ability to write complex queries and perform data transformations.
  • Solid understanding of ETL concepts, including data extraction, transformation, and loading activities.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving mindset with strong attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and handle reporting support activities.

Nice to Have

  • Experience working with manufacturing or operational KPIs.
  • Familiarity with Oracle EBS, supply chain, or manufacturing domain reporting.
  • Exposure to performance tuning of Tableau extracts and dashboards.
