Job Descriptions:

  • Supervise and monitor daily civil and structural construction activities at the site.
  • Ensure works are executed according to approved drawings, specifications, method statements, and safety standards.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, consultants, and suppliers to resolve technical and site issues.
  • Conduct daily site inspections and report progress, non-conformities, and delays to the site manager.
  • Attend site meetings, toolbox briefings, and safety briefings as required.
  • Verify materials delivered to the site comply with specifications and coordinate timely delivery.
  • Maintain accurate site records including daily reports, inspection reports, and site photographs.
  • Ensure all works are carried out in compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Assist in planning, scheduling, and resource allocation for civil and structural activities.

Requirements:

  • At least Diploma or Certificate in Civil Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in civil and structural supervision, preferably in construction (high rise building).
