Job Title: Accounts Executive (2 Vacancies: AR & AP

Location: Ulu Tiram, Johor Bahru | Full-Time

Reports To: Accounts Manager

Job Highlights:

  • 2 positions: Accounts Receivable (AR) & Accounts Payable (AP)
  • Around 1 year of accounting experience
  • Exposure in credit control, vendor management, intercompany transactions, and internal controls
  • Support month-end reporting and ad hoc finance tasks
  • Collaborate with sales, legal, and finance teams

Key Responsibilities:

AR: Issue CN/OR, maintain customer accounts, monitor overdue accounts, follow up collections, assist recovery actions, prepare collection forecasts, intercompany entries, month-end AR reporting.

AP: Verify invoices, maintain vendor records, create creditor codes, prepare PV, issue CN/DN, follow up unrecorded liabilities, assist in month-end closing.

Other: Support audits, internal controls, and ad hoc tasks.

Requirements: Diploma/Degree in Accounting or Finance, basic accounting knowledge, Excel proficient, detail-oriented, team player.
