Key Responsibilities:

  1. Handle daily issuance of credit notes

  2. Support audit preparations and liaise with auditors

  3. Verify supplier invoices

  4. Update depreciation, accruals, prepayments & deposits

  5. Maintain and update fixed assets records

  6. Calculate sales commissions & Department Incentives

  7. Perform accurate filing of accounting documents

  8. Review and check order invoices

  9. Update and reconcile Bank Commercial Card transactions

  10. Check and calculate Tik Tok sales

Requirements:

  1. At least 2-3 years of relevant working experience in Account and Familiar with Account Audit

  2. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (Autocount)

  3. Able to meet deadlines and work independently

  4. Detail-oriented and able to solve problems independently

  5. Good communication and coordination skills
