Sales Representative – Training Solutions

Location: Sibu, Sarawak

Employment Type: Full-Time

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated Sales Representative to support our public and in-house training programs in the Sibu region. This role requires strong prospecting skills, the ability to engage with corporate clients, conduct market analysis, and close training deals. You will be the key person representing our training solutions to companies and professionals in the region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source and secure participants for public and in-house training programs.
  • Prospect, pitch, negotiate, and close deals with corporate clients.
  • Gather market insights and perform sales analysis related to training demand.
  • Conduct client visits and face-to-face engagements to strengthen business relationships.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets by driving registration and account expansion.

Requirements

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Confident and proactive with a passion for sales.
  • Able to travel within Sibu and surrounding regions.
  • Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin & English proficiency preferred.
  • Corporate sales or training industry experience is an added advantage.
  • Must be comfortable meeting clients physically.
