About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Sales Representative to join our training division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, promoting our training programs (both public and in-house), and driving business growth through effective sales strategies. This role requires strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, as well as the ability to meet clients in person.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and source potential participants for public and in-house training programs.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify business opportunities and stay updated on current training trends.
  • Prospect, present, negotiate, and close deals with corporate clients and individual participants.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful program delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Attend meetings, networking events, and client visits as required.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or client acquisition, preferably in the training or education industry.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to conduct market analysis and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Must be willing and able to meet clients physically.
  • Possess own transport and valid driving license (preferred).
