About the Role

Responsible for interaction design for products across multiple travel industries such as flight and train tickets, as well as related marketing activities, with a focus on systematic logic and design details.

Responsibilities

  • Independently identify opportunities for product optimization and drive their implementation.
  • Pay attention to refined user experiences by conducting industry research, user testing, and monitoring data metrics to continuously validate and improve products.
  • Excellent visual interaction design capabilities, participating in the development of interaction design standards and implementation guidelines to ensure design quality.
  • Contribute to forward-thinking concept designs for innovative products by breaking away from the status quo and exploring bold expressions.

Qualifications

  • Focus on user experience with strong attention to detail, excellent interaction logic, and analytical skills. Familiar with design approaches and experience principles for consumer products.
  • Possesses unique and mature insights and experience in product design. Able to identify experience optimization points through competitive analysis, user research, and other methods.
  • Requires over 3 years of relevant project experience.
  • Proficient in various design and prototyping tools such as Figma. Capable of creating dynamic interactive prototypes.
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills, a high sense of responsibility, and efficient execution ability. Capable of independently completing design projects and driving the implementation of design solutions.
  • Quick learning ability with high self-standards, an interest in UI work involving complex logic, and a track record of successful projects.
  • Candidates with experience in the travel industry are preferred.
