· Attend site meeting, inspection, plan and monitoring of site work implementation.

· Ensure that all the construction safety rules and regulations are strictly complied.

· To liaise with client, consultant, project team, contractors, sub-contractors and suppliers.

· Any other related duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

· At Least 3 year(s) of working experience in the construction field.

· Candidate must possess at least a minimum in Diploma in Building/Civil Engineering or equivalent.

· Strong understanding of construction processes and project management methodologies.

· Knowledge of construction materials, techniques, and quality control standards.

· Computer literate is essential, i.e. well versed in MS Office, Project, AutoCAD and Revit will be an advantage.

· Good interpersonal and able to work under pressure.

· Ability to work independently and efficiently.

· Have a valid CIDB Green Card Registration.
