Role Overview:

As an Marketing Compliance Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring that all marketing and advertising content published by IUX complies with local regulations and licensing requirements. Your contributions will directly influence our brand integrity, regulatory adherence, and risk management, making you an integral part of our success. You will work closely with the Regulatory Affairs Manager to ensure all content aligns with both local laws and international standards.


What You'll Be Doing

  • Evaluate all marketing and advertising content to ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines.
  • Oversee content compliance with advertising laws, including financial promotions, social media posts, and other marketing materials.
  • Advise relevant teams on content creation to ensure it aligns with regulatory standards and licensing requirements.
  • Monitor advertising regulations across multiple jurisdictions and ensure that any changes are communicated promptly to relevant teams.
  • Coordinate with the compliance teams to ensure marketing strategies comply with regulatory obligations


What We're Looking For

  • 3-5 years of experience in marketing compliance, preferably in the financial services or fintech industry.
  • Strong knowledge of advertising regulations in the financial services industry.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with marketing, legal, and compliance teams.
  • Possesses excellent attention to detail, well‑developed organizational skills, and the ability to make independent decisions
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Law, Business, or related field.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
