Warehouse Specialist

• Job Responsibility

• Responsible for quality inspection, registration, and handling of all returned packages in the warehouse to ensure smooth operations.

• 1. Coordinate the shelving and inventory management of returned packages, ensuring timely processing daily, weekly, and monthly.
• 1. Collaborate closely with the Vietnam customer service team to ensure seamless workflow in the returns process.
• 1. Communicate and coordinate with the Shanghai headquarters to optimize the efficiency of the returns process.
• 1. Maintain healthy inventory turnover for returns, preventing stockpile issues and ensuring efficient warehouse operations.
• 1. Report weekly and monthly progress to the Customer Service Head, providing updates and process optimization insights.
• 1. Adapt to global standardized training, and can train local team to operate small appliances reasonably;

Job Requirements:

• 1. Must be proficient in English and Bahasa, Mandarin will be a plus.
• 1. Previous experience in warehouse, logistics, or inventory operations is not required but will be an added advantage
• 1. Basic computer literacy is required, including familiarity with ERP systems or other digital tools for inventory tracking.
• 1. Experience in return sorting, stock management, or warehouse coordination will be a plus. Strong communication, execution, and team collaboration skills.
• 1. Able to adapt quickly, think proactively, and perform efficiently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• 1. Detail-oriented, responsible, and committed to continuous improvement.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2, RM4,000.00 per month
