Job Description:

1. Manage Day-to-Day Office Operations

  • Oversee daily activities in our co-working space
  • Manage access, pantry, meeting rooms, visitor support, and vendor coordination
  • Ensure smooth and efficient office operations

2. Drive Process Improvements & Efficiency

  • Identify operational gaps and streamline workflows
  • Document onboarding/offboarding processes, pantry restocking, vendor management, etc.

3. Support Office Transition Planning

  • Assist in gathering requirements for a self-managed office
  • Coordinate property viewings, quotations, and shortlist potential spaces

4. Lead Office Relocation & New Office Setup

  • Manage fit-outs, vendor onboarding, logistics, and move-in coordination
  • Set up facilities, utilities, safety protocols, and supply systems

5. Foster a Positive Workplace Culture

  • Build strong rapport with team members
  • Organize engagement activities and light cultural initiatives
  • Help maintain a collaborative and energized environment

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 4 years of experience managing daily office operations and coordinating vendors.
  • Strong process-improvement mindset with the ability to streamline and document workflows.
  • Hands-on experience supporting office transitions, including space planning and vendor coordination.
  • Proven track record in office relocations or setting up new office environments.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to foster a positive and collaborative workplace culture.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM5, RM7,000.00 per month
