Job Description

  • Responsible for human resource, administrative and building facilities matters of the company
  • Responsible for setting up and implementing procedures relating to human resource, administrative and non-operational matters of the company
  • Responsible for setting up new office and factory.
  • Responsible for application, maintenance and renewal of licenses and permits.
  • Responsible for application of government grants, incentives and subsidies, if any.
  • · Ensure proper corporate governance
  • Establish and maintain effective internal controls
  • Prepare and present monthly reports to Management
  • Oversight of all office supplies and its purchases including office maintenance
  • Respond to emergency situations and advise project management immediately
  • Advocate and ensures office safety protocols
  • Any ad-hoc duties assigned by management

During the initial factory set up stage, you are required to

  • Assist in overall factory setup, including but not limited to standards and procedures
  • Assist in overseeing the new factory refurbishment and applying of relevant licenses/permits
  • Assist in reviewing and revising on company's policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in similar role
  • Minimally completed Diploma
  • Basic financial accounting knowledge preferred
  • Knowledge in Malaysia HR regulations and procedures
  • Good communication skills, able to present in clear and concise manner
  • Excellent organisation skills
  • MS office is a must
