What would you do?

Strategic Leadership

• Define and execute the Data Science & AI strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Act as the custodian of the organization's data and AI roadmap, ensuring scalability, security, and compliance.
• Champion a data-driven culture across the organization and influence senior stakeholders on AI adoption.

AI & Advanced Analytics

• Lead the design and deployment of AI/ML models for predictive analytics, personalization, and automation.
• Explore emerging technologies (e.g., Generative AI, LLMs, reinforcement learning, Agentic AI, computer vision) to create innovative solutions.
• Ensure robust model governance, monitoring, and ethical AI practices.

Data Monetization

• Develop and implement strategies to monetize data assets, including creating data products, APIs, and data-as-a-service offerings.
• Identify opportunities for commercial partnerships leveraging Company's data ecosystem.
• Work with relevant stakeholder to design pricing models and revenue frameworks for data-driven products.

Data Platform & Engineering

• Oversee the development of scalable data architectures and pipelines to support advanced analytics and AI workloads.
• Drive continuous integration and deployment for ML models and data services.
• Execute best practices in data security, governance, and compliance according to internal & regulatory policies.

Team Leadership

• Manage and mentor a multidisciplinary team of data scientists, data engineers, and analysts.
• Establish best practices for data science, model development, and engineering excellence.

Stakeholder Engagement

• Collaborate with business units, partners, and regulators to align data initiatives with strategic goals.
• Translate complex data insights into actionable recommendations for executives and business leaders.
• Establish procedures to democratize data via self-serve initiatives, and promote data-driven planning and decision making within the organization.

Who Should Join Us?

• 7 - 10 years of experience in Data Science, AI/ML, and advanced analytics, with at least 3 years in leadership roles.
• Proven track record of delivering data-driven solutions in banking, fintech, or financial services.
• Expertise in ML algorithms and frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, Scikit-learn).
• Strong programming skills in Python (R is a plus) and proficiency in SQL, big data tools (Hive, Hadoop, Spark).
• Experience with cloud-based platforms (Alibaba, AWS, Azure, GCP) and MLOps practices.
• Deep understanding of data architecture, governance, and security.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Master's or PhD preferred).
• Experience with Generative AI, NLP, and LLMs.
• Familiarity with real-time analytics and streaming data platforms.
• Strong business acumen and ability to link data initiatives to revenue growth and operational efficiency.
