Job Description

  • Ensure all Quality Control (QC) systems, standards, and procedures are effectively implemented and maintained.
  • Review, verify, and approve inspection documents and data sheet reports to ensure product quality meets required chemical composition standards.
  • Coordinate with external calibration bodies, including arranging and performing calibration activities, preparing calibration reports, and updating calibration schedules.
  • Ensure compliance with ISO requirements related to the QMS system and participate in monthly ISO and departmental meetings (QMS, EMS, S&P).
  • Plan and manage QC staff work schedules, and provide training for both new and existing team members.
  • Prepare routine QC reports such as SPC charts, monthly Cp graphs, finished goods summary reports, GR&R studies, and other related documentation.
  • Support internal and external audits for QMS and EMS, including customer audits and audit checklist preparation.
  • Perform any other duties assigned by superior(s).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3, RM5,000.00 per month
