KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Ensure all fit-out (renovation) and M&E works comply with mall regulations and interior design specifications.
  • Coordinate between landlord, main contractor, and M&E contractors for civil, electrical, and interior works.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality, and compliance.
  • Support operations in resolving quality defects, safety risks and recurring technical issues.
  • Monitor project budgets and ensure cost-effective solutions.
  • Track daily progress and all fit-out and M&E works.
  • Coordinate repairs and maintenance issues with vendors until tasks are completed.
  • Perform ad-hoc duties as required by management.

SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE

  • Understanding of fit-out works, M&E systems, and mall renovation procedures.
  • Able to read and interpret technical drawings, layout plans, and design specifications.
  • Basic knowledge of project cost control, safety standards, and F&B outlet maintenance.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in F&B outlets, renovation, or project management.
  • Diploma or Degree in Mechanical & Electrical (M&E), Civil Engineering, Building Services, Facility Management, or related fields. Hands-on renovation and maintenance experience is encouraged.
  • Disciplined, self-motivated, with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
