Job Description

  • Lead the shared services center's accounting and finance operations to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize processes and improve operational efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with local and international accounting standards and regulations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business objectives and drive financial performance.
  • Monitor and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) to achieve service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to the shared services team, fostering a culture of excellence.
  • Oversee audits and implement recommendations to enhance internal controls.
  • Drive transformation initiatives, including automation and digitalization, within the SSC.

The Successful Applicant
A Successful Head Of SSC Should Have

  • A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, with professional qualifications such as CPA or ACCA being advantageous.
  • Proven expertise in managing shared services operations in the industrial/manufacturing industry.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and compliance requirements.
  • Experience in leading teams and driving process improvements.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems and financial management tools.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
