Job Description
• Assist the Head of Group Company Secretarial in all aspects of secretarial duties and ensuring compliance with Companies Act, Listing Requirements, Malaysia Capital Market & Services Act and other relevant statutory and regulatory requirements.
• Active involvement and participation in Board meetings, committee meetings and AGMs/EGMs and timely preparation of minutes of those meetings.
• Update and maintain all statutory records.
• Liaise with other departments within the Group, Companies Commission of Malaysia and other relevant Regulators.
• Any other ad-hoc duties and assignments as may be assigned by Management from time to time.
Job Qualifications
• Candidate must possess ICSA/ MIA qualification or relevant legal/ company secretarial qualification.
• Minimum FIVE (5) years relevant working experience.
• Excellent spoken & written Bahasa Malaysia and English. Knowledge of Mandarin will be an added advantage.
• Exposure to Public Listed Company will be an added advantage.
• Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment, multi-tasking, responsible and hardworking.
