Job Summary
We are hiring for multiple levels within our Company Secretary — from Assistant to Senior — Available positions in Pudu, Cheras, Jalan Ampang.
Job Responsibilities
For Assistant / Executive Level
You will manage a portfolio of 80–100 clients, ensuring full compliance with the Companies Act 2016 and providing excellent service delivery:
- Prepare and submit annual returns and audited financial statements via the MBRS system.
- Maintain accurate statutory records, registers, and company profiles.
- Handle company incorporations, share allotments, and officer changes using MYCOID.
- Draft letters, forms, and company secretarial documentation.
- Support the Named Company Secretary in daily administrative and statutory tasks.
For Senior Executive Level
As a senior team member, you will oversee 90–110 client companies with a focus on advisory and high-level coordination:
- Liaise with directors, shareholders, and regulatory authorities on compliance and governance matters.
- Draft and review board resolutions, minutes, statutory forms, and Annual Returns.
- Assist clients with company incorporations and restructuring matters.
- Guide and mentor junior executives in corporate secretarial processes.
- Collaborate with the Named Company Secretary on complex filings and statutory documentation.
Job Requirements
- Degree in Business Administration, Law, Corporate Governance or related field.
- Working knowledge of Companies Act 2016, MBRS, and MYCOID.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle multiple deadlines.
- Preferably 1–3 years (Executive) / 3–5 years (Senior Executive) of relevant experience.
