We are a Company providing Company Secretarial duties to Corporation. We are 5 days work environment in Taman Shamelin Perkasa, Cheras. Due to rapid expansion we are seeking candidate to assist our growth.

Job Scope

  • Responsible in carrying out all aspects of the company secretarial function such as preparing bank documents, resolutions and SSM forms, etc.
  • Maintained of statutory records under the Companies Act. 2016
  • Liaise with clients, regulators, and internal/external parties regarding secretarial matters.
  • Handle other secretarial tasks and ad-hoc duties as assigned
  • Good knowledge in MBRS and MYCOID.

Requirement & Skill

  • Certificate/Diploma holders/Bachelor's degree in business studies/finance & accounting.
  • Proven experience as a secretarial Assistant with 1-2 years working experience in related field.
  • Working knowledge of office equipment
  • Computer literacy especially in Microsoft Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia (written and spoken), advance in Mandarin is an added advantage
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
  • Able to work independently with minimum supervision
  • Good understanding and strong human relation skills
  • Team player
  • Able to supervise & work under pressure
