We are a Company providing Company Secretarial duties to Corporation. We are 5 days work environment in Taman Shamelin Perkasa, Cheras. Due to rapid expansion we are seeking candidate to assist our growth.
Job Scope
- Responsible in carrying out all aspects of the company secretarial function such as preparing bank documents, resolutions and SSM forms, etc.
- Maintained of statutory records under the Companies Act. 2016
- Liaise with clients, regulators, and internal/external parties regarding secretarial matters.
- Handle other secretarial tasks and ad-hoc duties as assigned
- Good knowledge in MBRS and MYCOID.
Requirement & Skill
- Certificate/Diploma holders/Bachelor's degree in business studies/finance & accounting.
- Proven experience as a secretarial Assistant with 1-2 years working experience in related field.
- Working knowledge of office equipment
- Computer literacy especially in Microsoft Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
- Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia (written and spoken), advance in Mandarin is an added advantage
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision
- Good understanding and strong human relation skills
- Team player
- Able to supervise & work under pressure
