About the role

Join the dynamic team at NONO STUDIO SDN. BHD.' as a full-time SITE SUPERVISOR based in the vibrant Kuala Lumpur City Centre. In this role, you will play a vital supervisory and coordinating function, overseeing the day-to-day operations on our construction sites and ensuring the efficient and safe delivery of our projects.

What you'll be doing

  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of construction crews, subcontractors and suppliers to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards
  • Monitor and report on progress, identifying and resolving any issues or delays
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety and environmental regulations
  • Provide leadership and mentoring to site teams, promoting a positive and collaborative work environment
  • Liaise with project managers, architects and clients to address queries and provide updates
  • Participate in the planning and scheduling of construction activities
  • Support the implementation of quality control measures and testing procedures

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 1-2 years' experience as a site supervisor or foreperson in the construction industry
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, tools and equipment
  • Excellent organisational, time management and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical specifications and drawings
  • Proven track record of delivering projects within budget and to deadline
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with diverse stakeholders
  • Familiarity with relevant health, safety and environmental regulations
