Job requirements,

  • Diploma or Degree from Electronic, Electrical or relevant field.
  • 3 years working experience from SMT or relevant industry.
  • Hands-on and well understand several brand of SMT machine.

Job scopes

  • To plan and propose line configuration as per product requirement.
  • To resolve SMT related issues, analyze the root cause of either existing or forecasting failures.
  • Improvement of line tools/jigs for better quality and plan on process and yields by using the data effectively.
  • To ensure accuracy of SMT programs generated and product quality is achieved for New Product Introduction.
  • Manage and control the Electronic Communication Network (ECN) deviation control.
  • Develop implement, communicate and maintain a quality plan according to company standard.
  • Ensure technician and supervise on technical know-how and manufacturing engineering skill and train them to be self-independent.
  • To ensure up-keep maintenance of SMT production related machinery in tip top condition.
  • To achieve KPI defined by Management and continuously improvement on related performance Key Performance Indicators (KPI).
  • To comply with Quality System Regulations and all applicable Standard.
