Hasbul Brothers is a leading Training & Consulting company based in Cyberjaya, Selangor. Since 2011, we have been dedicated to empowering entrepreneurs and businesses through innovative training and consulting solutions. This year, we aim to guide over 5,000 entrepreneurs and are looking for a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager (Business Consultant) to advise clients on effective marketing strategies that drive business growth.

Job Responsibilities
  • Conduct 1-on-1 business coaching sessions with clients, focusing on marketing strategies, brand positioning, and business growth
  • Assess client business needs, challenges, and goals, then design tailored marketing and business guidance plans
  • Provide advisory support on digital marketing, lead generation, customer engagement, and sales funnel optimization
  • Train and coach business owners to improve decision-making, leadership, and marketing execution
  • Monitor client progress and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement
  • Conduct workshops, training sessions, and consultations to enhance clients' business knowledge and marketing skills
  • Collaborate with the consultancy team to deliver holistic business solutions across different industries
  • Stay updated with current market trends and industry best practices to provide relevant and practical advice to clients
Requirements
  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree or professional certification is an advantage)
  • 3–6 years of experience in marketing, business consultancy, or coaching
  • Proven experience in business coaching, mentoring, or advisory roles
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, branding, and customer acquisition strategies
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to build trust and rapport with business owners from diverse industries
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills
  • Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia (written and spoken)
  • Certification in coaching/mentoring is optional but highly valued
