Senior Manager, Marketing

Job Purpose
To lead and execute end-to-end marketing strategies that drive brand visibility, customer acquisition, footfall, and revenue growth across F&B outlets and retail channels. This role oversees brand management, campaign planning, digital marketing, promotions, and customer engagement initiatives aligned with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
1. Marketing Strategy & Planning
- Develop and implement annual and quarterly marketing plans aligned with sales targets and business growth objectives.
- Lead brand positioning for F&B and retail concepts to strengthen market presence and customer loyalty.
- Translate business goals into integrated marketing campaigns (ATL, BTL, digital, in-store).
2. Brand & Campaign Management
- Oversee brand guidelines, visual identity, and messaging consistency across all outlets and platforms.
- Plan and execute product launches, seasonal promotions, festive campaigns, and collaborations.
- Manage promotional calendars in line with peak seasons, store openings, and campaigns.
3. Digital & Performance Marketing
- Lead digital marketing strategies including social media, influencers, paid ads, CRM, and content marketing.
- Monitor campaign performance using KPIs such as ROI, conversion rate, footfall, and sales uplift.
- Drive online-to-offline (O2O) marketing initiatives to increase outlet traffic.
4. Retail & Outlet Marketing
- Develop in-store marketing initiatives (POSM, visual merchandising, promotions).
- Work closely with operations to ensure campaign execution at outlet level.
- Support new store openings, refurbishments, and market expansions.
5. Customer Experience & Loyalty
- Lead customer engagement, loyalty programmes, and membership initiatives.
- Analyse customer insights, feedback, and purchasing behaviour to improve marketing effectiveness.
- Enhance brand experience across all touchpoints.
6. Budget & Vendor Management
- Prepare and manage marketing budgets, ensuring cost efficiency and value creation.
- Appoint and manage external agencies, media partners, designers, and influencers.
- Evaluate vendor performance and negotiate contracts.
7. Team Leadership & Stakeholder Management
- Lead, mentor, and develop the marketing team.
- Collaborate closely with sales, operations, finance, and business development teams.
- Prepare marketing reports and presentations for senior management.
Job Requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
- Master's Degree or professional certification is an added advantage
Experience
- Minimum 8–10 years of marketing experience, with at least 3–5 years in a managerial role
- Proven experience in F&B, retail, lifestyle, or consumer brands
- Strong track record in campaign execution, brand building, and digital marketing
Skills & Competencies
- Strong strategic thinking and commercial acumen
- Hands-on knowledge of retail/F&B consumer behaviour
- Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Analytical mindset with ability to interpret marketing data
