Role Overview:

A growing international customer experience team is looking for
Cantonese-speaking Customer Service Representatives
to support. This role involves assisting with inquiries, resolving issues, and delivering top-notch service related to content, account access, and platform features.

We welcome
fresh graduates
from
Hong Kong
with a passion for digital platforms and strong communication skills in
Cantonese and English (B2 level)
.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle user inquiries via chat, email, and/or phone in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide accurate support regarding YouTube's features, policies, and user accounts.
  • Resolve customer issues or escalate them appropriately when needed.
  • Maintain detailed records of interactions using internal systems.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering clear and empathetic responses.

Requirements:

  • Nationality:
    Must be a
    Hong Kong
    (Hong Kong passport or ID required). (Cantonese Speaker)
  • Education:
    Diploma or Degree in any field.
  • Experience:
    No prior experience required –
    fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
    .
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Interest in digital platforms and online media is a plus.
