Role Overview:
A growing international customer experience team is looking for
Cantonese-speaking Customer Service Representatives
to support. This role involves assisting with inquiries, resolving issues, and delivering top-notch service related to content, account access, and platform features.
We welcome
fresh graduates
from
Hong Kong
with a passion for digital platforms and strong communication skills in
Cantonese and English (B2 level)
.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle user inquiries via chat, email, and/or phone in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide accurate support regarding YouTube's features, policies, and user accounts.
- Resolve customer issues or escalate them appropriately when needed.
- Maintain detailed records of interactions using internal systems.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering clear and empathetic responses.
Requirements:
- Nationality:
Must be a
Hong Kong
(Hong Kong passport or ID required). (Cantonese Speaker) - Education:
Diploma or Degree in any field. - Experience:
No prior experience required –
fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Interest in digital platforms and online media is a plus.
