Job Overview:

We are looking for proactive and hands-on System Support to join our Field IT Support team. This role involves machine installation, servicing, on-site support, and customer training.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Daily preparation and verification of customer orders before delivery.
  • Delivery of devices to clients and ensuring timely installation.
  • Servicing and repair of faulty devices, including hardware and network troubleshooting.
  • Monitoring and resolving customer support tickets on a daily basis.
  • Installing and configuring machines and POS systems at client sites.
  • Providing on-site training and support for client operations.
  • Diagnosing hardware and network issues both on-site and remotely.
  • Preparing and verifying customer image data for system implementations.
  • Assisting with office equipment setup and maintenance within the assigned region.
  • Conducting follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Participating in internal meetings and completing any assigned ad hoc tasks.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma qualification.
  • Basic IT knowledge.
  • Possess own transport; GDL license is an added advantage.
  • Willing to travel outstation frequently.
  • Customer service oriented with strong communication skills.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Proactive, problem-solver, and able to multitask under tight deadlines.

Job Type: Contract

Contract length: 6-12 months

Pay: RM2, RM3,300.00 per month
