Job Scope:

  1. System Support & Troubleshooting

  2. Provide first-level technical support for payroll and attendance system users.

  3. Handle inquiries, issues, and error reports via phone, email, or ticketing systems.
  4. Troubleshoot problems related to system access, data entry, and report generation.
  5. Escalate unresolved issues to the relevant technical or HR teams.

  6. User Guidance & Training

  7. Assist employees and HR personnel in using the system effectively.

  8. Conduct onboarding briefings or quick guides for new users.
  9. Prepare and update user manuals, FAQs, or knowledge base articles.

  10. Data Monitoring & Verification

  11. Perform routine checks on attendance logs and payroll data accuracy.

  12. Alert HR/payroll teams of any anomalies or discrepancies in system data.
  13. Assist in periodic audits or compliance checks related to the system.

  14. System Configuration Support

  15. Help with setting up user profiles, permissions, and access levels.

  16. Support HR in configuring work schedules, leave policies, and payroll rules.
  17. Participate in UAT (User Acceptance Testing) for system updates or new modules.

  18. Continuous Improvement

  19. Collect user feedback to identify recurring issues or improvement areas.

  20. Work with IT/vendors to recommend enhancements or streamline processes.
  21. Stay updated on software changes and recommend user-impact assessments.

Requirements:

  • Basic understanding of payroll processes and attendance systems.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with helpdesk tools and ticketing systems is an advantage.
  • Experience with HRMS or payroll software (e.g., SAP, Workday, or local systems) is preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2, RM3,950.17 per month
