Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Store Manager based in Shah Alam, Malaysia. The Senior Store Manager will oversee daily store operations, focusing on delivering exceptional customer experiences, achieving sales and operational targets, and ensuring product quality standards. Responsibilities include staff management, training, and development, maintaining inventory and financial controls, and implementing marketing and sales strategies aligned with company goals. Additionally, the role requires upholding Boost Juice's high standards of health and safety in the workplace.

Qualifications

  • Proven leadership skills in team management, staff training, and development.
  • Operational expertise in retail or food and beverage industries, including inventory management, financial controls, and sales performance tracking.
  • Customer service excellence with strong communication and interpersonal skills to enhance guest experience.
  • Knowledge of marketing and promotional strategies to drive store traffic and sales growth.
  • Adaptability, problem-solving abilities, and dedication to maintaining health and safety standards.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, or related fields is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Previous experience in a managerial role in retail or F&B sectors is highly desirable.
