Overview:

" We're seeking an experienced and driven professional to manage key client accounts and ensure the achievement of sales and distribution goals within defined budgets. This role requires strategic planning, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to lead and develop a sales team."

Key Responsibilities:

1.  Expanding and build sales & E-Commerce business.

2.   Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities, conducting market research and leading generation activities to expand the customer base and drive revenue growth in the competitive frozen food market.

3.  Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with existing customers by ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction, addressing their needs promptly, and serving as their trusted advisor for frozen food solutions.

  1. Manage and grow assigned foodservice accounts, ensuring delivery of sales, volume, and profitability targets.
  2. Build and maintain strong customer relationships with Association, suppliers & partners.
  3. Negotiate pricing, contracts, and promotional agreements with customers.
  4. Monitor account performance and ensure excellent execution of programs.
  5. Oversee account receivables to reduce payment disputes and ensure timely collections.
  6. Collaborate with the marketing team by contributing actionable insights and helping shape key sales initiatives.

Requirements

  1. Diploma or higher qualification in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.
  2. Excellent Chinese communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively with major clients.
  3. Competent in Microsoft Office applications.
  4. Independent, proactive, and capable of managing multiple tasks effectively.

5.  Professionals with minimum 2 years of proven experience in sales or customer-facing roles, preferably in the frozen food or FMCG industry, with experience in the seafood industry being highly advantageous.

6.  Strong communication and interpersonal abilities with demonstrated capacity to effectively engage with customers, build lasting relationships, and represent the company professionally across diverse client interactions.

7.  Willing to travel.
