**Job descriptions**:

- To provide high level administrative and secretarial support to Director, designated committees and work groups.
- Manage the Director ’s diary and arrange meetings.
- Provide administrative and clerical support to the meetings.
- General administrative assistance of office policies and manuals.
- Assist Director to organize the workflow and follow up action delegated by Director.
- This role involves working closing with the Director and all staffs in the Group.

**Requirements**:

- Able to work 5.5 days.
- At least 3-4 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Excellent work attitude, project management experience is an added advantage.
- Good Time Management and multi-tasking skills.
- Required language(s)**:BAHASA MALAYSIA, ENGLISH, MANDARIN. Required to handle Chinese Speaking Clients.**

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Taman OUG: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Education**:

- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Personal Assistant: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- Mandarin (preferred)
- Bahasa (preferred)
