We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Senior Company Secretary to join our team. The ideal candidate will support and manage corporate secretarial functions, ensure statutory compliance with SSM, and assist directors in fulfilling regulatory requirements. This role requires strong technical knowledge, excellent organisation skills, and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee full spectrum of company secretarial work
  • Prepare, review, and lodge SSM forms, resolutions, minutes, and statutory documents
  • Maintain and update statutory records, registers, and company files
  • Handle incorporation of companies, share transfers, and related corporate actions
  • Ensure compliance with Companies Act 2016 and relevant regulations
  • Liaise with clients, auditors, tax agents, and government authorities
  • Provide guidance and support to junior secretarial staff when needed

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of company secretarial experience
  • Knowledge of SSM (MyCoID, MBRS) and Companies Act 2016
  • Diploma/Degree in Business
  • Strong communication, organisational and multitasking skills
  • Able to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Responsible, detail-oriented and proactive at work
