Job Description:

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Design Architect to develop innovative design concepts and translate client needs into functional, buildable solutions. You will work closely with clients, consultants, and project teams to deliver high-quality architectural designs.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop conceptual designs, sketches, 3D models, and presentations.
  • Prepare and refine design drawings and specifications.
  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to ensure design intent.
  • Ensure design solutions are practical, sustainable, and aligned with project goals.
  • Maintain high aesthetic and functional standards through all stages of design development.
  • Attend site visits and coordination meetings as required.

Requirements:

  • At least Degree in Architecture or related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in architectural design.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Strong creativity, visualization, and communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to work independently or in a team.
