About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our Project Management team as a Project Engineer (C&S). Reporting to Project Director, you will play a crucial role in delivering civil and structural engineering solutions for new projects.

Job Description

  • Lead and oversee the planning, design, and implementation of civil and structural engineering projects.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
  • Conduct site inspections, monitor construction progress, and resolve technical issues as they arise.
  • Prepare detailed project reports, drawings, and other documentation.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant building codes, safety regulations, and industry best practices.

Competence Requirement

  • 3+ years of experience in civil and structural engineering, preferably in the construction industry.
  • Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or a related field.
  • Proficient in the use of engineering software, such as AutoCAD, Revit, and structural analysis tools.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and find innovative solutions.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Familiarity with construction methods, materials, and building codes in Malaysia.
  • PER or JKR registration would be an advantage.
