About the Role

Wylis Group is expanding its engineering and infrastructure division. We are seeking a Project & Sales Engineer
who is passionate about delivering technical excellence while driving business growth. This role bridges client engagement and project delivery — ideal for a candidate who combines engineering expertise with commercial acumen.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the electrical engineering, grid development, and renewable energy sectors.
  • Prepare and deliver technical proposals, quotations, and presentations to clients.
  • Manage project planning, execution, and delivery in accordance with quality and safety standards.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, suppliers, and contractors to ensure project milestones are met.
  • Maintain strong client relationships and provide after-sales technical support.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
  • 2–5 years' experience in engineering sales, project management, or technical services (fresh graduates with strong interest are encouraged to apply).
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Knowledge of grid systems, power distribution, or renewable energy will be an advantage.
  • Self-driven, analytical, and able to work independently.
