Our client NAMICOH SURIA PRESS SDN. BHD. is seeking a Sales Senior Executive to join their team

What you'll be doing?
  • Monitor Sales: Track sales performance and ensure customer needs are met with quality, timely delivery, and cost efficiency.
  • Client Engagement: Identify and secure new projects through effective client engagement and business development.
  • Quotation Support: Read and interpret project drawings to support accurate quotations and project execution.
  • Customer Follow-up: Follow up with customers on quotations, feedback, and proposal clarifications.
  • Project Coordination: Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution from order confirmation to final delivery.
  • Payment Follow-up: Ensure timely follow-up on customer payments and collections.
  • Communication: Communicate organizational updates or changes to customers via official formats, email, or verbal communication.
Who are they looking for?
  • Sales Experience: At least 1 year of experience in sales within manufacturing industry.
  • Educational qualifications: Degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
  • Language proficiency: Proficiency in Malay and English is required while Mandarin is an added advantage.
  • Personality: Sales-driven and a people-person in order to maintain client relationship.
  • Industrial experience: Experience in a sales engineering role for manufacturing or automotive industry is an added advantage.
